An upgrade to questionable for a player who has been out for an extended period of time usually indicates that they are on the verge of returning. Clarke has been working hard to make a return this season, and while the Grizzlies are well out of the playoff picture, getting Clarke back is a big step towards reestablishing their roster for next season.

The rest of the season for Memphis will be used to figure out who fits best with the team going forward, and Clarke is certainly one of the pieces the Grizzlies feel will be an impact player for a while.
