The Grizzlies have nine players listed on their injury report: Ja Morant, Desmond Bane, Brandon Clarke, Jaren Jackson Jr., Scotty Pippen Jr., Derrick Rose, Marcus Smart, Yuta Watanabe, and Ziaire Williams.

Ja Morant is out due to a right shoulder labral repair, Desmond Bane is out with a left ankle sprain, Brandon Clarke is out due to a left Achilles tendon repair, Jaren Jackson Jr. is questionable with right quad tendinitis, Scotty Pippen Jr. is out due a disc bulge in his lumbar, Derrick Rose is out due to a right groin & lower back injury recovery, Marcus Smart is out due to a right ring finger central slip tear, Yuta Watanabe is out due to a right wrist sprain, and Ziaire Williams is out due to a hip flexor strain in his right lower back.

The Philadelphia 76ers have five players listed on their injury report: Joel Embiid, Robert Covington, Kyle Lowry, Tyrese Maxey, and De'Anthony Melton. Joel Embiid is out due to a left knee meniscus procedure, Robert Covington is out due to a left knee bone bruise, Kyle Lowry is out due to rest, Tyrese Maxey is out due to a concussion, and De'Anthony Melton is out lumbar spine bone stress.
