Memphis Grizzlies Star Shares Cryptic Message
The Memphis Grizzlies have been without numerous starters for nearly the entire season. For months, they've been without Ja Morant, Desmond Bane, and Marcus Smart. Now, it seems like Memphis may be getting some help soon.
Desmond Bane posted a very cryptic message on Instagram that insinuated that he may be returning soon for the Grizzlies; Bane posted a photo of him in a Grizzlies uniform with an hourglass emoji in front of him.

Desmond Bane has not played in a game for the Memphis Grizzlies since January 13 and has only played in 37 games this season. This season, he's averaging 24.4 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 5.3 assists on 47/38/86 shooting. Prior to his injury, Bane was a tremendous offensive player for the Memphis Grizzlies and never really had a chance to show the improved version of himself with Ja Morant.
While it may be too late for the Memphis Grizzlies to make a playoff push, getting Desmond Bane back would still be great for the team. It gives him a chance to finish the season on his terms, and a chance to remind people who he is. When both Desmond Bane and Ja Morant are healthy next season for Memphis, they'll be a very formidable backcourt duo.
The Memphis Grizzlies face off against against the Philadelphia 76ers tomorrow.
