How Miami Heat’s Twitter Reacted To Sunday’s Loss To The Washington Wizards

The Miami Heat hit a new low after losing to the Washington Wizards.

Okay, maybe now Miami Heat fans can start raising concerns.

The Heat dropped their third consecutive game Sunday night, this time against the lowly Washington Wizards.

It was one thing to lose to contenders like the Oklahoma City Thunder and Denver Nuggets. It’s another to lose to the first Eastern Conference team eliminated from the playoffs.

Fans went scorched earth on the Heat, holding no restraint in their criticism of the loss.

“They've lost 3 in a row and are 2-4 in their last 6,” one user said. “They also just lost to the worst team in the NBA. You must be talking about a Pride parade or some other s***. Cause the Heat are never winning the Finals with this current roster.”

Jimmy Butler and Duncan Robinson each had chances to win the game on last-second 3-pointers but both missed. Fans called out the questionable decision-making and rushed execution.

Now it's back to the drawing board for Miami. The typical optimism for the team to turn things around in the postseason is starting to evaporate. Fans are starting to cling on to the hopes of another improbable playoff run.

The Heat play the Denver Nuggets (44-20) Wednesday night.
