Indiana Pacers will host six players for pre-draft workout on May 30

The Pacers will have a half dozen players in for a workout on Tuesday

The Indiana Pacers will bring in a group of six guards for a pre-draft workout on Tuesday, the team announced on Monday.

The May 30 event represents the second time that the blue and gold will bring prospects into the St Vincent center for an up close look during this draft cycle. The first one was on May 12.

The half dozen guards that will come in to the Pacers facilities on Tuesday are:

  • Ricky Council IV, Arkansas
  • Nikola Durisic,KK Mega Bemax (Serbia)
  • Tevian Jones, Southern Utah
  • Darius McGhee, Liberty
  • Jordan Miller, Miami
  • Keisei Tominaga, Nebraska

ESPN has Council going 41st overall in their latest mock draft while Durisic is slotted at pick 58, the final pick of the draft. None of the other four players are mentioned among the projected draftees.

The Pacers hold five picks in the 2023 NBA Draft with three of them coming in the first round. The team could take players with various levels of talent given how spread out the selections are.

The NBA Draft is June 22, just over three weeks away. Indiana's best selection is currently seventh overall.
