Chris Paul Exits Early vs. 76ers

Phoenix Suns PG Chris Paul will not return vs. the Philadelphia 76ers with right heel soreness.

The Phoenix Suns are trying to extend their regular season record to 8-2 against the Philadelphia 76ers, but the early stages of the game have given little luck.

The Suns have found themselves down by as much as 18 in the first half, and things went from bad to worse early on when point guard Chris Paul exited after just 14 minutes of play with right heel soreness.

During halftime, it was confirmed Paul would not return.

Paul had two points, two rebounds, two assists and two steals before exiting. His plus-minus of -10 was on par with Mikal Bridges and Deandre Ayton.

Prior to tonight, Paul led the league in assists with 10.7 averaged per night.

The Suns find themselves down by seven in the early stages of the third quarter.
