The NFL announced franchise player designations for the 2013 free agency signing period, beginning 4:00 p.m. on March 12. This year, no players were designated as exclusive franchise players or as transition players; the players listed below, with the 2013 "Cap Percentage Average" tender amounts, were designated as non-exclusive franchise players:
