2014 NFL free agency: Steelers visiting with Jones-Drew, interested in Harrison

The Pittsburgh Steelers have been relatively quiet throughout the first week of the NFL free agency period, but they are ready to ramp up their efforts to land new talent and are beginning to line up visits.
According to multiple media reports, the Steelers are set to visit with veteran free agent running back Maurice Jones-Drew and have shown interest in linebacker and former Steeler James Harrison.

Pittsburgh is interested in adding a change of pace back to complement Le'Veon Bell, and Jones-Drew is as good as it gets among the backs currently available. While he may be losing steam, Jones-Drew is a veteran who could provide leadership and still has a little mileage left on his tires.
Harrison left the team a year ago after being cut as a cap casualty, but he has always been a fan favorite in Pittsburgh. He recently voiced his interest in returning to the Steelers organization, and the team shares that interest.
If Pittsburgh can land Harrison for the veteran minimum, he could be a worthy back up and mentor to last year's first-round pick Jarvis Jones.
