Orlando Scandrick owns up to mistake with refreshing honesty, openness

Green played in two games last season as an undrafted rookie out of Illinois, but was otherwise on the Patriots' practice squad. The 23-year-old can also return kicks, a role he filled in college.

Bass, 24, out of Texas A&M, played in two games in 2012 but was on injured reserve most of last season. He still has hamstring issues and hasn't practiced much in training camp.
