Josh Gordon's decision on whether to sue the NFL over his year-long suspension is reportedly expected to come in the "next day or two."
"Don't be shocked if he sues," Florio says.
Gordon was suspended last week for one full year for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
According to Florio, if Gordon were to sue, a suit "would include a request to block the suspension pending the outcome of the case."
The NFL and NFLPA have reportedly discussed raising the threshold for a positive marijuana test.
Gordon led the NFL with 1,646 receiving yards last season in only 14 games. He was selected to the Pro Bowl and AP All-Pro first team.
