Patterson put in a full practice on Friday, according to ProFootballTalk.com's Mike Wilkening.

The 23-year-old, who is in his second NFL season, has seven catches for 82 yards and three carries for 102 yards and a touchdown in the first two games for Minnesota (1-1).
The Vikings will be without running back Adrian Peterson for the second straight game as he remains inactive following child abuse charges.
