Seattle Seahawks vs. Washington Redskins

The defending champion Seahawks travel three time zones to take on Washington in Week 5 on Monday Night Football. Seattle (2-1) is coming off a bye but had a huge win the week before, beating the Denver Broncos in overtime 26-20 in a Super Bowl rematch. Washington was blown out in its last game, falling to the New York Giants 45-14 last Thursday.

Week 4: Giants 45, Redskins 14

Quarterback Kirk Cousins had his worst game as a pro, throwing four interceptions among his 33 pass attempts. Washington went just 1-of-8 on third down conversions. The Redskins had six total giveaways, leading to 31 of New York's points.

Week 3: Eagles 37, Redskins 34

A blindside hit by defensive lineman Chris Baker on Eagles quarterback Nick Foles led to a sideline brawl. In his first start since Robert Griffin III's injury, quarterback Kirk Cousins went 30-for-48 for 427 yards, three touchdowns and one interception. In his first game against Philadelphia since the Eagles released him, wide receiver DeSean Jackson had an 81-yard touchdown catch.

Week 2: Redskins 41, Jaguars 10

After Robert Griffin III exited with a dislocated ankle, Kirk Cousins entered and threw for 250 yards and two touchdowns. The Redskins held the Jaguars to just 148 total yards. Defensive end Ryan Kerrigan had four sacks and the team had 10 total, both of which tied franchise records.

Week 1: Texans 17, Redskins 6

Washington was held scoreless in the second half. Griffin threw for 267 yards in his first game in the new offense implemented by first-year head coach Jay Gruden. It was the first NFL game as head coach for both Gruden and Texans coach Bill O'Brien.

Week 3: Seahawks 26, Broncos 20 (OT)

Seattle held the Broncos to just 36 rushing yards on 20 attempts. Quarterback Russell Wilson improved to 7-0 in games against Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers. It was just the sixth time the two teams from the previous season's Super Bowl met in the following regular season.

Week 2: Chargers 30, Seahawks 21

The Seahawks recorded 13 first downs, while the Chargers had 24. Percy Harvin scored a rushing touchdown but committed Seattle’s only turnover. Russell Wilson went 17-for-25 for 202 yards and two touchdowns.

Week 1: Seahawks 36, Packers 16

Marshawn Lynch ran for 110 yards on 20 carries and scored two touchdowns. Percy Harvin ran for 41 yards on four carries and caught seven passes for 59 yards. Michael Bennett recorded two of Seattle's three sacks.
