Tennessee Titans hire Mike Mularkey as head coach

The Tennessee Titans have hired Mike Mularkey as their head coach.

Mularkey finished the 2015 season as the Titans’ interim head coach after Tennessee fired Ken Whisenhunt. Mularkey led the team to a 2–7 record over its last nine games.

Mularkey has previously served as the head coach of the Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars. Including his stint with the Titans, Mularkey has a career record of 18–39. He has also been an offensive coordinator with the Falcons, Dolphins and Steelers

The Titans finished 2015 with a 3–13 record, giving them the first pick in the 2016 NFL draft.
