Insider: Cardinals Have Most Valuable Spot in Draft

The Arizona Cardinals have the most valuable spot in the 2024 NFL Draft.

ARIZONA -- The Arizona Cardinals hold quite the interesting spot with the No. 4 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

With three quarterbacks expected to go ahead of them, Arizona can truly kick off festivities by taking a number of routes - whether that's picking a player such as Marvin Harrison Jr. or trading out of the pick for a king's ransom.

Regardless of their overall direction or intentions, the Cardinals are in the most valuable spot at No. 4, according to NFL insider Albert Breer, who recently answered the question in a mailbag:

"I think that is the critical spot in this year’s draft. If I had to draw it up right now, I’d say Williams to Chicago, Jayden Daniels to Washington, Maye to either New England or Minnesota, and then the Cardinals moving the fourth pick for a team coming to get McCarthy or sticking and picking Harrison," wrote Breer.

"So what are the chances Arizona moves the pick? It sounds like GM Monti Ossenfort wants a ransom for it. Maybe the price comes down. Or maybe he really values someone such as Harrison in that spot, making it harder for him to move off it."

The Cardinals are reportedly seeking a massive haul in exchange for the No. 4 pick - you can read more about that here.

Arizona has a total of 11 picks in the draft - tied for the most in the league. The Cardinals own two first-round picks with six coming in the first three rounds.
