Chargers News: Top Bolts Secondary Player Benched for Must-Win Week 3 Contest

What will happen next?

The Los Angeles Cahrgers will begin their win must-win Week 3 game against the Minneosat Vikings in less than an hour.

Unfortunately, they will be without their star cornerback J.C. Jackson as he is listed as a healthy scratch for today’s showdown.

Jackson is not suffering from any injury.

His tenure with the Chargers has not been what LA had hoped for. He was subpar last season in the six and a half game he participated in before suffering a season-ending knee injury and through two games, he's been mediocre.

The 27-year-old has collected one interception, three passes defended, three tackles, a 46.2% completion percentage and allowed one touchdown.

The 2021 All-Pro signed a big contract with he Bolts in the 2021-2022 offseason, and so far it looks like a bust of a signing. This healthy scratch is a cause for concern; we'll see how this plays out for the Bolts and Jackson.
