Chargers Injury Report: Bolts Rule Out 3 Important Stars For Clash With Broncos

Three key Bolts will miss Week 17.

The Los Angeles Chargers will be as depleted as ever entering their Week 17 matchup against the Denver Broncos.

The Bolts will be without three key players: wide receivers Keenan Allen, Joshua Palmer, and edge rusher Joey Bosa.

Allen will miss his third consecutive game, dealing with a heel injury. Palmer will also be unavailable on Sunday after being placed on the concussion protocol, and Bosa will miss his sixth game of the season after suffering a sprained foot injury.

LA will miss many of their key players outside of these three, and that's been the story for the Bolts in 2023. If it's not one thing, it's another for this team.

Still, the Bolts will do their best to produce the best football they can with what they have and spoil the playoff dreams of their division rivals.

There won't be anything to play for on Sunday, but we hope the depth pieces give it their all on game day.

At this point, it might be better for the Chargers to consider sitting their skill players for the remainder of the season. There is no sense in sending Bosa or Allen back out with the possibility they could injure themselves even more severely.
