Chargers Injury Report: Packers LB De'Vondre Campbell Exits LA Game With Hurt Shoulder

Green Bay's medical staff has its work cut out for it.

With the fate of your Los Angeles Chargers' ongoing matchup against the Green Bay Packers still very much up in the air (LA leads 20-16 with about 3:30 remaining in the fourth quarter), the Packers can hardly afford to lose more bodies.

Unfortunately, that's exactly what just happened.

Per Matt Schneidman of The Athletic, Green Bay linebacker De'Vondre Campbell appeared to incur a left shoulder injury, and has already been replaced by Isaiah McDuffie, a 6'1", 227-pound third-year pro out of Boston College. The 6'4", 232-pound Campbell, 30-year-old University Minnesota product, has compiled 45 sacks on the season (32 solo).

McDuffie has 39 solo sacks to his credit this season, so he's not exactly chopped liver.

As of this writing, Jordan Love has already passed for a career-high 298 yards, with Green Bay very much in touchdown position, thanks in part to a sloppy pass interference penalty call against the Bolts' defense.

The Packers have already lost running backs Aaron Jones and Emanuel Wilson. All-Pro Green Bay cornerback Keisean Nixon briefly left the field with a leg issue, but he's back and contributing now.
