Chargers Injury Report: Several Banged-Up LA Stars Limited In Tuesday Practice

The injuries keep mounting.

A banged up Bolts squad appears to be staying that way on a short week ahead of a matchup with the Las Vegas Raiders on Thursday Night Football.

Here's a look at your Los Angeles Chargers' latest injury report:

Pro Bowl wide receiver Keenan Allen didn't practice on Monday or Tuesday with a heel injury he suffered against the Denver Broncos, while receiver Josh Palmer appears en route to making his (un)timely return from injured reserve.

Other critical pieces that are banged up include tight ends Gerald Everett and Donald Parham Jr., both of whom would otherwise operate as key safety blankets for inexperienced young QB Easton Stick, who is making his first career start. Both of them have been limited with hip and shoulder injuries, respectively, and are subsequently likely to end up questionable for the contest.

If the Bolts desire to keep it competitive in spite of their QB woes, the defensive injuries will need to let up a decent bit. Linebacker Kenneth Murray Jr., who acts as the MIKE and calls the defensive plays, along with defensive lineman Sebastian Joseph-Day have also been limited, rounding out the noteworthy pieces of the team that we may not see suit up in Vegas.

Guard Zion Johnson is another player to keep an eye out for, as while he's struggled, he's an upgrade from backup Jordan McFadden, and the loss of yet another offensive lineman will make life even harder for an inexperienced QB like Stick.
