Do not get it twisted ladies and gentleman... even though the Los Angeles Chargers have been linked to signing both DeAndre Hopkins and Dalvin Cook as of late, their team will still be just fine without them.

The goal for the offensive side of things is for Keenan Allen and Mike Williams to live up to their production they've shown in previous years but do so while staying healthy. Now that Quentin Johnston has been added to the mix to already start learning from his mentors and Austin Ekeler will be returning, they have quite the arsenal.

With that being said, LA is receiving a ton of preseason love. They also have two returning stars in J.C. Jackson and Joey Bosa coming back this year and PFF has placed them in the top ten NFL rosters heading into the 2023 regular season.

Experts from Last Word on Sports have been firm believers that the Bolts deserve more respect for their team construction and that they belong in the top ten.

"It’s good to see the Los Angeles Chargers near the top of the NFL roster rankings. Justin Herbert is one of the best young quarterbacks in the league, and the receiving trio of Mike Williams, Quentin Johnston, and Keenan Allen is one of the best in football. With Kellen Moore calling the shots, the offense should be able score points at will while a good-but-not-great defense gives Los Angeles a few stops per game."

As great as their roster looks on paper right now, we've had to learn the hard way that it takes more than that to succeed deep into the year. Nonetheless, majority of the squad is looking healthy and OTA's will serve as a great opportunity to start building chemistry.
