'All In' Cowboys Early Losers in Day 1 Of NFL Free Agency: Pollard, Armstrong, Biadasz Move

'All In' Dallas Cowboys Early Losers in Day 1 Of NFL Free Agency: Pollard, Armstrong, Biadasz Moving

FRISCO - It's early. But the early loser in NFL free agency as the "legal tampering'' window opened on Monday?

That would be your Dallas Cowboys, with three quick losses ...

*Dan Quinn, having left the Cowboys staff upon being named the Washington head coach, is taking defensive end Dorance Armstrong with him. (The "reported'' number is three years and "up to'' $45 million.)

*Oh, and he's stealing Cowboys will lose Tyler Biadasz in free agency, too. (Biadasz is getting a three-year, $30 million deal.)

*Meanwhile, Tony Pollard is dumping Dallas for the Titans, back in his home state, and he's getting three years and $24 million to do so.

So ... thus far, "all in'' ain't exactly ringing true.

Nothing is very stunning here; we predicted - as did most smart observers - that Dallas wouldn't be a major player in Day 1. Oh, and there can still be moves made that help fortify a roster that just took a series of hits.

Indeed, while Saquon "Sickening!'' Barkley is jumping from the Giants to the Eagles, and while Austin Ekeler is moving to the Commanders (on the cheap?), we're told Dallas is interested in stealing Aaron Jones from the Packers.

There are, along the way, priorities. We discuss them here in the Fish Podcast and the Fish Report. Please join us, Cowboys Nation!
