Christian Young is a returning starter for Arizona. In 2022, Young started all 12 games at safety during his 5th season with the Wildcats. He made career-high 76 tackles, including a career-high 47 solo tackles (29 assists). He also recorded a career-high 6.5 tackles for loss, 0.5 sacks, two pass breakups, and one fumble recovery. In 2021, he started all 12 of the Wildcats games at the Viper position. Finished second on the team with a career-high 68 total tackles.
