SEE IT: Brian Daboll Has Fun with Reporter During Final Regular-season Press Briefing

The Giants head coach was back to cracking jokes during his media press conference.

New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll hasn't had much to smile about this season, given how his team has devolved into a MASH unit that has sometimes grossly underperformed.

But ahead of the light at the end of the tunnel that is the Giants' regular-season finale Sunday, Daboll, speaking to reporters before the team's last full practice of the 2023 campaign, had a little fun at the expense of The Athletic's Dan Duggan and his hair.

Duggan was asking whether Daboll was aware of when certain guys are on the threshold of earning performance bonuses when Daboll was caught staring and grinning at the reporter before saying, "Sorry, I was looking at your hair."

A surprised Duggan asked, "My hair?" and then quipped, "Jealous?" to which the bald Giants head coach said, "Yeah, I am.

The response drew laughter.

“That’s been going on about 30 years, so," Daboll said before adding, "Yeah. I forgot the question.”

It was all good fun, though, something that Daboll showed more of last year and earlier this season before things went south.

The Giants wrap up the 2023 regular season Sunday at home against the Philadelphia Eagles.
