After two incredible seasons in the NFL, Christian McCaffrey has proven to be one of the most game-changing running backs.

He's heading into his third NFL season with 1,533 rushing yards and nine rushing touchdowns -- along with 1,518 receiving yards and 11 receiving touchdowns. McCaffrey was an 1,000 yard rusher last season and nearly pulled off 1,000 receiving yards as well. He is the real deal, and that's why he made NFL analyst Adam Schein's list for the most indispensable offensive players heading into 2019.

McCaffrey was the No. 6 ranked player -- in a completely stacked list with nine total guys.

Here's what Schein said:

McCaffrey is one of my favorite players in the league today. He's scary great, with the kind of all-around skill set every team is looking for in a modern back. Sometimes stats lie, but McCaffrey's output in 2018 was the truth. Eclipsing 1,000 yards rushing and 100 catches in the same season? He's only the third man to achieve that feat, joining Matt Forte and LaDainian Tomlinson.

McCaffrey was the critical cog in Carolina's offense in 2018, especially with Cam Newton's shoulder issue down the back half of the season. With the Panthers undoubtedly looking to lighten the franchise quarterback's load as much as possible, McCaffrey figures to be a touch monster again in 2019.

McCaffrey will head into 2019 with a healthy Cam Newton, and upgraded offensive line and some veteran experience. He also will have some relief at the running back position with Cameron Artis-Payne and Jordan Scarlett. He should have all the tools and surrounding support to reach 1,000 rushing and receiving yards this season.

The only other players in front of McCaffrey were DeAndre Hopkins, Todd Gurley, Ezekiel Elliot, Quentin Nelson and Julio Jones.
