Rams Release Upcoming Training Camp Schedule

The Los Angeles Rams will begin their final preparations for the 2023 NFL season when their training camp begins in July at UC Irvine

The Los Angeles Rams are enjoying a brief, well-earned break after wrapping up OTAs earlier in June, but they are still looking to the future as the offseason winds down.

With the new season fast approaching, the Rams have announced the schedule for 2023 training camp via a press release on Tuesday morning. All practices will take place at the University of California, Irvine.

Coaches will first report on July 24, with players reporting the following day. The Rams will then hold six practices that are open to media but not the public from July 25 to July 28, as well as on Aug. 2 and Aug. 7.

Additionally, the Rams will host seven practices that are open for fans to watch for free, although they must register for tickets beforehand.

The first such practice will take place on July 29, with subsequent ones on July 31, Aug. 1, Aug. 3, Aug, 5, Aug. 6 and finally on Aug. 8. All open practices will begin at 4:25 p.m. PT and last between an hour and a half to two hours.

Shortly after their final practice, the Rams will begin their pre-season slate against the Los Angeles Chargers on Aug. 12. They'll then host the Las Vegas Raiders on Aug. 19 before traveling to face the Denver Broncos in the preseason finale on Aug. 26.

The Rams will reportedly hold joint practices with both the Raiders and Broncos in the days leading up to those games.

As the Rams enter a year full of uncertainty, training camp will give fans the chance to see their team up close and personal before the season officially kicks off.
