Kelly Stafford, Wife Of Rams QB Shares Concern For 49ers Families At Super Bowl

Kelly Stafford, wife of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, worries for families of San Francisco 49ers players due to exorbitant suite prices.

Anyone looking to go to Super Bowl LVIII should expect to give up an arm and a leg to make it happen, and even players' families aren't safe from the exorbitant prices.

Recently, the ridiculously high suite prices for Sunday's big game in Las Vegas have been a talking point after Lisa McCaffrey, mother of San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, claimed they were too expensive. According to Tick Pick, suite prices can range anywhere from $800,000 to $2 million.

With prices so high, families are instead opting for seats in the lower bowl of the stadium. Claire Kittle, wife of 49ers tight end George Kittle, has already confirmed she is doing just that.

Other players' families are sure to follow Kittle's trend, which concerns Kelly Stafford, wife of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, due to said family members being so recognizable.

“People don’t understand. I think people think during the season tickets are free for players, which they are not," Stafford told Kittle on her The Morning After podcast. "They actually cost nearly the same.

“When those prices hit, I thought about you guys for one. Because I feel like you guys walk around, people know who you are.”

Kittle said that she is taking precautions before Sunday's game, sitting next to her 6-7 brother as well as Kristin Juszczyk, wife of 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk.

“I am hoping it’s a good game, good start, everyone Is in good spirits all around us,” Kittle said.

There will certainly be rowdy fans on Sunday, just as there are at every championship sporting event, but hopefully for all involved, no one gets hurt in the process.
