Despite being the youngest coach in the NFL, Los Angeles Rams coach Sean McVay has already achieved enough success to be considered a potential Pro Football Hall of Fame member.

In an article discussing current coaches who could earn a spot in Canton, The 33rd Team highlighted McVay as a candidate, emphasizing his achievements despite his relative youth among his coaching peers.

"He's just a kid compared to many of the veteran head coaches. But he's been to two Super Bowls, won one and already has a coaching tree to envy," The 33rd Team writes.

In the likely Hall of Famer group, the coaches ranked above McVay were Mike Tomlin, Sean Payton, John Harbaugh, and Pete Carroll. McVay was included in the potential Hall of Fame list alongside Mike McCarthy, Sean McDermott, Doug Pederson, Ron Rivera, and Kyle Shanahan.

Out of these coaches, McVay is one of the six who have secured at least one Super Bowl victory. In contrast, McDermott, Rivera, and Shanahan are still striving for their first Super Bowl wins as coaches heading into the 2023 season.

Beyond his Super Bowl victory, McVay has amassed an impressive 60-38 record in the regular season, experiencing just one losing season out of six.

As McVay aims to help his team get back on track and make the postseason after falling short last year, a successful season and a possible NFC West title run with the current state of the Rams roster could elevate his status from potential to likely Hall of Famer.
