Ravens' Roquan Smith Jokes About Patrick Queen Departure

The Baltimore Ravens now have a familiar face across the AFC North.

The Baltimore Ravens lost a starter at inside linebacker, but they aren't worried just yet. Speaking with media for the first time this offseason, All-Pro Roquan Smith addressed Patrick Queen leaving and heading across the division to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

"I’m happy for him. He’s still my guy, but he’s somewhere else right now. War is war," Smith said.

Smith joked that he may have to take down Queen's pictures within the facility now that he's a part of their AFC North rivals. The group has pictures of everyone within the position on their walls in the meeting rooms and he's ready to take down the now-Steeler.

"It's not weird at all. Life happens. He's somewhere else right now. I've got to tear his picture down in the linebacker room. ... I need to probably make a video of me maybe punching it," Smith joked.

Queen signed a three-year deal with Pittsburgh after hitting free agency. He'll see his former team twice per season during that span, and is expected to be the starter alongside Elandon Roberts and Cole Holcomb.

As for Baltimore, they'll move forward with Trenton Simpson taking over next to Smith.
