Steelers WR Suffers Head Injury vs. Browns

The Pittsburgh Steelers lose another wide receiver.

PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers are now down two kick returners in Week 2 after wide receiver Gunner Olszewski exited at the end of the first quarter with a head injury.

Olszewski was filling in for running back Anthony McFarland, who was placed on Injured Reserve prior to the game. He was also adding depth to the wide receiver core with Diontae Johnson on IR as well.

Olszewski exited after taking a hit from Denzel Ward at the end of the first quarter. Kenny Pickett dumped the ball off to Olszewski, who made a move and was hit by the Browns' cornerback, fumbling the ball.

He remained down on the ground during the play before walking to the blue medical tent. Shortly after being evaluated, he was led by trainers to the tunnel.

Without Olszewski, the Steelers will rely on Miles Boykin as their fourth wide receiver.
