Lamar Jackson Drama Really Hurts Steelers
PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers are getting the short end of the stick as the NFL colludes against Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson. Why? Because no one is accounting for the fact that he's probably going to play despite a terrible contract.
Jackson not getting any offers and the NFL revealing that teams are not interested in him is a fishy as a situation comes. A year after the Cleveland Browns made a massive mistake with Deshaun Watson, it feels like the owners are teaming up to stop a poor decision from becoming a trend amongst quarterbacks.
So, who's going to lose out because of it? Jackson.
Which doesn't hurt the Ravens at all. In fact, it helps them tremendously. And for anyone else in the AFC or the AFC North, it means this year is going to be a lot more difficult than it should have been.
