Josh Allen Reveals the Item He is Saving for a Super Bowl Celebration

Josh Allen is entering his ninth season in the NFL, and he's still searching for his first Super Bowl championship.

Josh Allen has high hopes for his ninth season with the Buffalo Bills and already has an item that he is saving for if they were to win the Super Bowl.

In a conversation with NFL Network's Kyle Brandt on "Good Morning Football," Allen shared where he keeps his NFL MVP trophy in his home after earning it last year for his performance in the 2024 regular season.

The Bills quarterback shared with Brandt that he currently keeps his MVP trophy in a box in the basement as he and his wife, Hailee Steinfeld, are going through renovations on their home.

Brandt asked Allen if he still had the bourbon in a box like his MVP trophy, as the reporter heard that the NFL star was keeping it for when the Bills won a Super Bowl in the future. Allen said that the bottle was still out in the open amid his renovations.

When asked what the ideal situation with the bourbon would look like when he takes that first glass, Allen shared that he hopes to have the bottle gone, given how many people he would be sharing it with, and wants to invite a lot of people over to celebrate.

The Bills quarterback noted that everyone would give everyone a little "taster," but he hopes to finish the bottle by himself.

Josh Allen On Super Bowl 'Dream' With Daughter

Later in the interview, Allen expressed that he has a dream of having a special moment at the Super Bowl one day with his daughter.

Allen told Brandt that he hopes to look at a photo of himself holding her as the confetti comes pouring down after he becomes a Super Bowl champion. He shared that he would tell her that the team worked really hard to accomplish this feat and that they loved each other.

Allen welcomed his daughter, Harper Haize, with Steinfeld in April.

During the 2020 and 2024 postseasons, Allen led the Bills to win the AFC Championship Games. However, both times, they were eliminated by the Kansas City Chiefs, who would later go on to win the Super Bowl.

How Has Becoming A Father Helped His Game?

As Allen enters his ninth season in the NFL, the Bills quarterback has shared how fatherhood has changed him and that he looks to use the skills in his personal life on the field.

In a conversation on ESPN's "The Pat McAfee Show" on Monday, Aug. 10, Allen shared that fatherhood has helped him deal with differing opinions. He also admitted that he's become a "little softer" since the birth of his daughter.

The Bills' first home game in the regular season will be against the Detroit Lions on Sept. 17 at 8:15 p.m. ET.
