Matthew Stafford's Wife Kelly Stafford Has a Message for Brittany Mahomes

Kelly Stafford, the wife of Los Angeles Rams quarterback and MVP winner Matthew Stafford, is used to being in the spotlight. For years, she hosted the podcast "The Morning After with Kelly Stafford" alongside co-host Hank Winchester. On the show, she would open up about her life as the wife of an NFL quarterback, plus raising their four daughters, her personal life and more.

Kelly is also active on social media. On Friday, she sent a glowing compliment to another quarterback wife in the NFL: Brittany Mahomes, who's married, of course, to Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

Matthew and Patrick aren't really rivals, since the Chiefs and Rams play in different conferences. The Chiefs are in the AFC and the Rams are in the NFC. They actually only play each other once every four years during the regular season. So, she can afford to be friendly with Brittany. It's worth noting, though, that this is one of those special years, and Matthew and Patrick are expected to play each other when Los Angeles hosts Kansas City at SoFi Stadium for "Thursday Night Football" on Dec. 3.

Kelly Stafford Praises Brittany Mahomes' Fitness

On Friday, Brittany posted a gallery of photos modeling Adidas clothing. She looked spectacular, showing off a toned body while she was working out in the Adidas wear. The workout outfits were part of a brand campaign in collaboration with Dick's Sporting Goods.

Kelly was impressed. She commented on the photo, stating, "Kinda chic to work hard so you feel good.. and it doesn’t hurt that you look," with a fire and muscle emoji. It was a take on Brittany's caption, which read, "Kinda chic to keep it OG."

It's a short comment, but it says a lot about what Stafford thinks of Brittany's current fitness routine. It's working.

Two NFL Wives Have a Lot in Common

Mrs. Mahomes has been showing off a noticeably muscular physique in recent months, and her latest workout photos offered another look at the results of her training.

Both women also know firsthand how difficult it can be to build and maintain a strong body after having children. Brittany and Patrick Mahomes have three children together, while Kelly and Matthew Stafford share four daughters. That gives the two NFL wives a lot in common, especially when balancing family life with their own fitness goals and busy schedules.

So, these two can be friendly for now, until their husbands, both MVP winners, go up against each other in December. An early December game is the kind that can really count for the playoffs, so it should be a fiery showdown.
