Oakland Raiders linebacker Ronaldo McClain was arrested Tuesday in Morgan County, Alabama after providing police with a false name after a traffic stop, reports WHNT 19, a Huntsville, Ala. television station.

McClain bonded out of a local jail later in the day.

Decatur Police tell WHNT News 19 that the Oakland Raiders Linebacker was pulled over for a window tint violation.  Police say he then provided the arresting officer with a false name.  At that time McClain was taken into custody.

This is not the first time McClain has been in trouble with the law. McClain was arrested in November 2011 on assault charges and found guilty in court, but the charges were dropped on appeal when the victim no longer wanted to pursue the case.

McClain had 60 tackles and one sack for the Raiders this season, missing two games after the team suspended him for conduct detrimental to the team.
