Colts OC Bruce Arians reportedly released from Indianapolis hospital

Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians' agent has confirmed that his client has been released from an Indianapolis hospital according to the Associated Press.

ESPN first reported Arians' release on Wednesday afternoon, saying he had been treated for an inner-ear infection.

Arians was absent from the Colts' AFC playoff loss, 24-9, to the Ravens Sunday, spending the night in a Baltimore hospital after complaining of feeling ill at a pregame team breakfast. He later returned to Indianapolis where he was admitted again.

Arians' hospital discharge is significant considering the Bears and Eagles have received permission to interview him for their vacant head coach positions, according to a league source.
