Talk to New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski about anything you desire: the Patriots' goals for this season, how he is recovering from multiple surgeries or even his well-documented party lifestyle.

Just don't bring up the subject of his former teammate Aaron Hernandez.

The "CBS This Morning" news crew found that out the hard way Wednesday during an interview with Gronkowski and members of his family. Hernandez is behind bars awaiting trial accused of the first-degree murder of a friend.

“Next question,” Gronkowsi said when asked about his former tight end counterpart in New England. “I learned that from (agent) Drew Rosenhaus.”

Asked how he felt when hearing the news, Gronkowski gave another “next question,” drawing laughter from his brothers.

Gronkowski, who had 55 catches for 790 yards and 11 touchdowns last season, is recovering from breaking his left forearm twice and off-season back surgery.
