Miami Dolphins right tackle Jonathan Martin is away from the team and seeking help from his family after an incident this week in the team's cafeteria, FOX Sports' Jay Glazer reports.

Glazer reported that Martin had "gone AWOL from the team the last couple days."

According to report, Martin had an incident in the team cafeteria this week where teammates jokingly said they would not sit with him.

Martin’s reaction to the joke was that he "flipped out, smashed a food tray on the ground, took off, and they haven’t seen him since," Glazer said.
