Denver Broncos' wide receiver Wes Welker is out with a concussion, according to Benjamin Hochman of the Denver Post.

Welker looked dazed after taking a hit to the head late in the second quarter from Tennessee Titans' safety George Wilson. The team announced that Welker would not return with a concussion during halftime

Shortly after Welker's injury, the Broncos closed the Titans lead to one point on a record breaking 64 yard field goal from Matt Prater.

The Broncos' next game is on Thursday night, and it is unlikely he will clear the league's concussion protocols before then.
