Minnesota Vikings linebacker Erin Henderson was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of DUI, his second arrest in the past two months, reports USA Today's Tom Pelissero.

Henderson was detained on Nov. 19 for probable cause for driving while impaired and possession of a controlled substance.

Henderson was booked into the Carver County Jail at 3:03 p.m. Wednesday for fourth-degree DWI, third-degree DWI, second-degree DWI test refusal and violating the conditions of a limited driver’s license, according to CBS Minnesota.

He registered a blood-alcohol level of 0.11 in the first arrest and was in the process of suing the Department of Public Safety to prevent the state from revoking his driver’s license.
