According to Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll, wide receiver Percy Harvin still has not been cleared to play in Sunday's NFC Championship game, as reported by ESPN's Adam Schefter. Per NFL concussion policy, Harvin consulted with team doctors Wednesday to determine whether he could return to practice this week.

Harvin played in just one regular season game this year while battling a hip injury. He returned last week for Seattle's divisional round game against New Orleans and caught three passes for 21 yards before leaving with a concussion.
