The tennis competition will take place Oct. 31, while the gymnastics event is slated for Nov. 2.

Ahead of its inaugural event beginning Tuesday, Oct. 28, the Sports Illustrated Women’s Games on Thursday announced its gymnastics and tennis rosters for both Team Americas and Team World—two star-studded camps that will compete against one another in various events tailored to each sport.

On the gymnastics front, athletes will compete in various events based on their discipline: artistic gymnasts will participate in the floor exercise, the balance beam and the uneven bars, while rhythmic gymnasts will take part in team and individual events. For trampoline gymnastics, athletes will compete in both individual and synchronized contests.

Meanwhile, on the tennis court, athletes will compete in two singles matches and one doubles. Each match will consist of an eight-game pro set and the format will be: Americas 1 vs. World 1 (singles); Americas 2 vs. World 2 (singles); and Americas vs. World (doubles).

Headlining this group of elite competitors on the Team Americas side is two-time Olympic gold medalist and artistic gymnast Jade Carey, who most recently won the top prize with Team USA at the Paris Summer Games, as well as her own bronze on vault; and Canadian tennis star Leylah Fernandez, who just finished up a strong women’s doubles run at the U.S. Open alongside sport legend Venus Williams. Among other high-profile participants: Canadian sensation Ellie Black, the most decorated women's gymnast in the country’s history and a four-time Olympian; as well as Sloane Stephens, a 2017 U.S. Open champion and former Sports Illustrated cover star.

On Team World, Maria Sakkari—the only Greek woman to reach the semifinals at two majors and a two-time WTA winner—leads the tennis side, where she is joined by Olga Danilović of Serbia, the first woman born after 2000 to win a WTA title (2018 Moscow). On the gymnastics front, Alice D’Amato of Italy—who helped Italy win a team silver medal while also notching her country’s first individual gold on the balance beam—will join standouts such as trampoline sensation and three-time medalist Bryony Page of Great Britain, and artistic gymnast Kaylia Nemour, who won Algeria its first gymnastics Olympic gold in Paris last summer.
