No women's basketball player has the same pop culture clout as Indiana Fever superstar Caitlin Clark.

This is because of Clark's success on the court, both with the Fever and during her time playing with the Iowa Hawkeyes in college. She became a generational superstar during her run with the Hawkeyes and has only continued to build her fame and stardom since entering the professional game.

Whether it's with rap icons like Travis Scott, media personalities like Stephen A. Smith, or fellow sports legends like LeBron James, everybody seems to have a positive opinion about Caitlin Clark. And what's perhaps most impressive is that Clark's stardom didn't seem to diminish after what was a frustrating 2025.

She only played in 13 of the Fever's games because of various soft tissue injuries and had to watch from the sidelines while her squad made an improbable run all the way to the WNBA Semifinals, where they came within one game of advancing before coming up short against the Las Vegas Aces.

Martha Stewart's Candid Caitlin Clark Opinion Turns Heads

It appears that Caitlin Clark's clout has made it to the culinary world. This was made clear when the legendary Martha Stewart spoke about No. 22 during her appearance on a March 26 episode of "The Roomates Show" with New York Knicks stars Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart.

At one point in the podcast, Stewart asked Brunson and Hart, "What happened to Caitlin Clark?"

Hart and Brunson responded by saying that Clark got hurt during the 2025 season. This prompted Stewart to say, "Oh, she got hurt? Oh, I didn't know she got hurt. Because she was so fantastic during her last year in college. I mean, it was so amazing."

Hart then noted that she would be back soon, Clark just played for Team USA in the FIBA Women's World Cup Qualifying Tournament, and that the WNBA season is starting soon.

"Well, I hope so, because I love her," Stewart responded. She then went on to praise other women's athletes, congratulating them for "Giving their best."

While Stewart doesn't feel like a diehard fan, the fact that she asked about when Clark will be returning and is keen to see her compete again speaks volumes. And she isn't alone in wanting to see Clark return to the court as quickly as possible, especially after missing so much time in 2025.
