How to Watch: No. 10 Alabama Softball vs. No. 13 Florida

The Crimson Tide opens SEC play at Rhoads Stadium against the Gators and former Alabama infielder Skylar Wallace.

When it comes to rivalries in college softball, it doesn't get much bigger than Alabama and Florida. The two programs are the only schools to win national titles in the sport as members of the SEC and were the only two teams to win the regular season conference crown from 2008-2019.

The Crimson Tide and Gators meet in Tuscaloosa this weekend in a huge series to open up SEC play. No. 13 Florida brings in the reigning SEC Player of the Year in former Alabama infielder Skylar Wallace, and one of the best freshman pitchers in the country with Keagan Rothrock (8-2, 0.67 ERA.)

Alabama's offense has struggled at times this season, but the pitching staff boasts the best ERA in the country at 0.59, which is why the team has just one loss heading into conference play.
