Sounds like Ronda Rousey isn’t going to the Marine Corps Ball
After promising a Marine in September that she’d be his date for the Marine Corps Ball, Ronda Rousey doesn’t seem like she’ll be attending.
The ball is on Friday and the Marine, Jarrod Haschert, hasn’t heard a peep from Rousey, according to his mother.
“Jarrod said he hasn’t heard anything yet,” Caroline Haschert told NJ1015.com. “He said, ‘All I know is I’m going in the hopes she’ll be there,'”
Rousey is reportedly dating a UFC fighter named Travis Browne, but she told TMZ in October that she was still planning to go with Haschert to the ball.

The problem is that Rousey got roughed up pretty badly in her fight four weeks ago against Holly Holm. “It might be three to six months before I can eat an apple, let alone take an impact,” Rousey told ESPN The Magazine in an interview published earlier this week.
So it might make sense that she’s not feeling up to it.
