PSA Announces Major Redesign For Online Submission Center

The process for submitting cards for grading with PSA is getting a much-needed refresh.
By far the leading grader by volume in 2023, PSA announced major changes to its online submission center on Wednesday in a video with President Ryan Hoge.
“I think I can speak for all collectors,” Hoge says in the video,” from our savviest submitors to first-time holdouts, when I say this: it’s about time.”
According to Hoge, the main goal for the redesign was to “simplify and streamline” the submission process.

In the video, Hoge highlights a more modern feel to the submission center and adds that there’s a more simple flow of operations.
The redesign attempts to hit on other collector frustrations with changes to stored payment information and a better mobile experience. It also ditches manual card input for a dropdown menu with images to help identify selections.
Even beyond PSA, a complicated and frustrating submission process has been a major barrier for collectors getting their cards graded in the past, and several of these updates attempt to address frequent complaints.
