FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Eric Mateos looks to build off a solid start to his tenure as offensive line coach at Arkansas with a stud 2025 recruiting class.

Owasso offensive lineman Blake Cherry is a prospect who stood out during the Razorbacks' Junior Day back on Jan. 20. Following the camp, head coach Sam Pittman and Mateos offered the Sooner State native. At that point, the Razorbacks were his ninth offer.

Going into the summer before his senior year, Cherry will have an opportunity to schedule official visits. He tells allHogs that he plans to take an official June 14.

The 6-foot-5, 290 pound lineman is up to 12 scholarship offers with UTEP and Texas A&M joining the mix last week. Cherry also holds other offers from Colorado State, Nebraska, Kansas, Kansas State, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech and UNLV.

Cherry is only ranked by two of the four major college recruiting services, Rivals and On3. He currently sits No. 834 overall and is the No. 76 interior lineman and No. 17 prospect in Oklahoma.

Arkansas has offered around 40+ offensive linemen around the country for the 2025 class so far. Connor Carty (Prosper, Texas), Brock Heath (Overland Park, Kansas), Lionel Prudhomme (Shreveport, Louisiana) and Rahshawn Perry (Covington, Georgia) are a few other inside linemen to receive an offer from the Razorbacks.

Jack Lange from Eureka, Missouri is one of the top players on the Hogs' list on the offensive line. The 6-foot-8, 275 pound tackle ranks as the No. 116 prospect in the land, No. 13 player at his position and No. 2 recruit in Missouri.
