Auburn target DB Jayln Crawford sets commitment date

Four-star cornerback Jayln Crawford has set his commitment date for July 15th, per On3. Crawford will announce his decision at 2:30 p.m. CT.

Crawford will be choosing between Auburn, Florida, and LSU. According to On3's prediction machine, the Tigers of Auburn have a 71% chance of landing him.

“I am still thinking it over,” Crawford told On3. “I am getting close to my decision and I have an idea, but I am still talking things out with my family and making sure of everything. My decision will be made when I get a little closer to the date.”

The four-star DB is the No. 162 overall player in the 2024 recruiting class, the No. 16 cornerback and the No. 24 in the state of Georgia.

Per On3, Crawford said a lot will factor into his final decision, but relationships and fit are two he named specifically.

The Tigers already have two corners committed in their 2024 class including A'Mon Lane and Jayden Lewis.

Auburn has ten commitments in total with the most recent addition being four-star linebacker D'Angelo Barber.
