Both Hugh Freeze and Bruce Pearl took the podium to speak to the media on Monday, with Pearl following Freeze.

When Coach Freeze was done and Coach Pearl took the podium, Freeze yelled, "Bruce Pearl is one of the best human beings I've ever met."

Then, when Coach Pearl started to get going in his presser, he talked about how his first team at Auburn never quit, and he sees the same thing in Coach Freeze's first Auburn team.

One thing we have seen at Auburn for a while now is coaches support one another.

Gus Malzahn and Coach Pearl went to Omaha, Nebraska, to support Butch Thompson and the Auburn baseball team back when they went to the College World Series.

Coach Pearl and his team always make it out to the Auburn football games, and I can guarantee we will see Coach Freeze at a handful of Auburn basketball games.

This is just one of the many reasons why Auburn is such a special place.

It was cool to see the interaction between these two Auburn coaches who will have Auburn football and basketball atop the SEC for a very long time.
