Hugh Freeze was able to win at Arkansas last season while he was the head coach at Liberty. He will be looking to win in Fayetteville for the second game in a row.

Auburn is 19-12-1 all-time against the Arkansas Razorbacks. The Razorbacks won the most recent matchup in the series 41-27 at Jordan Hare Stadium. The Tigers won the first meeting ever between the two schools in 1984 when Auburn won 21-15 in Memphis, Tennessee.
