In this story:

Alabama lost 34-24 at home to Texas last weekend, sending a shockwave throughout college football.

Things are currently looking rough for the Crimson Tide, who couldn't do what they normally do against good opponents - establish themselves in the trenches and dominate the later stages of the game if they didn't start hot.

It's sent Bama fans into a tizzy across social media, and most opposing fans are eating it up.

Twitter user Conway Vinny decided on September 13th to toss his thoughts out into the mediasphere to see if anyone agreed with his stance on the Crimson Tide's surprising loss.

According to Vinny, the game should be replayed because it was a fluke win for Texas.

"No disrespect to the Longhorns, but I'm a firm believer that Texas beating (Alabama) is a huge fluke and robs the Tide of truly accomplishing what their capable of," Vinny wrote on Twitter.

"I've spent the last few days in pure disbelief and it just doesn't make sense to me. I've spent the entire regular season watching the Tide play great football and it's just not fair."

He's right, this is Alabama's first double-digit home loss of the Nick Saban era, and the first since 2004. Tide fans haven't had to taste double-digit defeat at home in almost 20 years. Vinny continued.

"If the Tide lose again I will face that Texas deserved the win, but I am just 100% sure it was a fluke and does a big disservice to Alabama and the Committee."

Wow.

We're hoping this is satire. Otherwise, Alabama fans like this could be in for a very long season.
