PODCAST: Looking at the Bryan Harsin and Auburn football situation

In this story:
The talk continued throughout the weekend with current and former Auburn football players chiming in on Harsin's ability to lead a program. Fans continued the dialogue as well with arguments made with both points for and against him staying as the head man for college football.
Harsin was hired 14 months ago after Allen Greene went against what many of the folks in power wanted and found a man at Boise State that has been a winner everywhere he has been. In 2021, Harsin went 6-7 during his first year on The Plains and Auburn finished 18th in recruiting.
On today's Locked On Auburn, I was joined by Lindsay Crosby of Locked On MLB Prospects and my former cohost in Auburn radio to talk about the Auburn football situation and how they are handling Harsin. It was a crazy weekend for the Auburn Tigers as rumors and reports flew all around Auburn, Alabama, and beyond about who will be Auburn football's head coach in 2022.
Crosby spends some time going through Harsin's contract and looking at if Auburn could afford to part ways with their current head coach. They operated at a loss last year due to fan restrictions.
In the final few minutes of the show, we discuss an article on The Athletic by Andy Staples about how Harsin's track record on the recruiting front may not allow him to stick around for long at Auburn.
