Breaking: Ky Bowman Signs Deal With Golden State Warriors

Ky Bowman has had a roller coaster twenty four hours. Last night he tweeted out that he was offered to be drafted in the second round, but declined those offers, most likely due to two-way deals they include (meaning he would have to go back and forth with the G-League). Bowman showed some fortitude by claiming he didn't want one of those deals, looking instead to find a deal on his own with a West Coast team. It looks like it paid off as reports today announced that he signed with the Golden State Warriors.
Ky Bowman is signing a one-year deal with the #Warriors, a source tells ESPN. @KyranBowman averaged 19 PPG, 8 RPG and 4 APG as a guard for @BCMBB last season, while earning 2nd-Team All-ACC honors. @warriors https://t.co/N8NAbnHtDG

That is a hell of a landing spot for Bowman, he'll play guard behind Steph Curry, and may get on to the bench as Klay Thompson recovers from injury. The details of the deal have not been released as of yet, but if he got a deal that guarantees he's on the big league roster, that is a huge coup for himself and his agent.
Congrats Ky good luck in Golden State!
